- Your first visit is a full evaluation by secure video. Joey asks about your history and goals, then you decide on a plan together.
- Switching? Have your current medication list and your last prescriber’s name ready. You won’t have to start over on anything that’s working.
- For a child or teen, a parent or guardian books the visit and joins the first appointment.
- Good news: Journey Psychiatric Care is in-network with . Bring your member ID when you book.
- Not in-network with your plan? Many plans still reimburse part of the cost. See how out-of-network works.
- Paying yourself is fine. Call or ask when you book and you’ll get the exact rate before your visit.
- Every visit is by video from anywhere in Massachusetts. You need a phone or computer with a camera.
